Christopher Quek was previously an active serial entrepreneur. He is now an investor, with a vision of creating a vibrant startup ecosystem in Singapore. Since 2012, he has been director and incubator of Angels Gate Advisory (AGA), a community pro-bono advisory service which supports entrepreneurs in grants and advisory. As of November 2015, AGA has advised over 500 startups and assisted 33 startups obtain close to S$5m in government grants and angel funding.
Christopher has been regarded as a thought leader in the community and has been advising government agencies on policies for the tech ecosystem. He has also been on board judging panels for startup competitions as well as a guest examiner for business courses as NUS and NYP. He is a regular writer on his blog where he highlights his thoughts on the ecosystem.
Christopher is a Commerce graduate of the University of Melbourne, and majored in Strategic Management and Finance.

Dalston had a career in both Tax & Accountancy and Consultancy before he started his journey as an entrepreneur and has always been a keen believer of Entrepreneurship and how small businesses (Startups) could one day impact the Global Market.
He had exited 1 small business before in the space of consumer retail to an online player and is now managing three startups across Singapore and United States, all with an ambition to change how consumers explore where and what to eat/drink (E-commerce, Marketplace, Data).
Dalston’s goal is to journey with entrepreneurs at different stages and encourage them to help one another achieve their dreams.

Shen’s life-long obsession with technology has led to a career in various small and large IT firms. He co-founded Interactive SG in 2007 and has played an integral role in the company’s growth. He ensures business operations are efficient and effective, and the products and services meet the highest standards of quality. Shen will be translating his keen eye for perfection to his latest role as Venture Partner for TRi5 Ventures.
With more than 10 years of experience in software development and gaming consultation, Shen is also CEO at Fourier labs, and the Founder and Director of Flexo Gaming, a research and development company with a portfolio of several software intellectual properties.
Shen is a graduate from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and majored in both Statistics and Economics.
Ting Yan LECK

Ting Yan has a perpetual fascination with exciting technology and how it can make life better for everyone. Despite being immersed in a high tech environment, he still firmly believes in personal interaction and forming deep relationships that go beyond business.
Prior experience from being part of an entrepreneurship academy exposed Ting Yan to varied business models and strategies being implemented.
With sound understanding of operations and strategy, he has advised and engaged with start-ups across the region regarding market conditions and business dynamics. Ting Yan seeks to enable Tri5’s portfolio to establish partnerships for rapid growth to Series A.
Graduating from Singapore Management University, Ting Yan read Double Degree in Business Management (Finance) and Economics.
Kah Wee SEAH

Previously in the FMCG space, Kah Wee was fascinated with the start-up scene in Silicon Valley which leads him to channel his energy to TRi5 Ventures, following the founders’ vision of building the start-up ecosystem in Singapore and the rest of Asia.
Having an education background in Psychology, Business and Entrepreneurship coupled with utilitarian values, Kah Wee’s strength lies in market evaluation and subsequently picking out the right people to provide resources to grow their businesses.
He aims to eventually contribute to the development of affordable and sustainable energies as that will be key to technological advancement and adoption globally, a game changer for knowledge and wealth disparity.
Nur Eliyana (aka Elly)
Admin and Finance Manager
We call Elly the pillar of TRi5 Ventures. She picks up the mess that the investment team and investees leave behind and makes it all clean and manageable.
She possesses a number of years of experience handling back-end operations. Elly manages everything behind-the-scenes from the finances, HR, accounts, audit, administration and processing of the investment funds.
She is a graduate from BMC International College with a diploma in Business Administration.

Having operational experience in founding and running both traditional (Construction, Retail and FnB) and tech based start-ups (ecommerce and marketplaces), Louis is able to evaluate the most crucial issues in an early stage business to grow as efficiently as possible.
Louis’ education background in Material Science and Entrepreneurship is from Nanyang Technological University. He is constantly looking for disruptive technologies that fundamentally transforms the business landscape, especially in the areas of AI, Agritech, Medtech and Biotech.

Having prior experience in the field of Venture Capital, Elton has worked with numerous startups from varying industries. He thrives on building strong relationships with founders and working closely with them to take their businesses to the next level.
Elton is a Business Administration major from the National University of Singapore specialising in the field of Finance. He has a profound interest in the field of FinTech, with special interests in disruptive Blockchain applications as well as Cryptocurrencies.
